Project details
Bodenkontor Steinhöhe GmbH intends to develop a former sand pit in the district of Oldenburg into a landfill for building rubble, soil, road debris and other minerals (landfill class I). 11.05 ha are planned for the secure deposit of about 1.44 million m³ of waste. The growing complexity of the planning approval procedure and the large number of objections prompted Bodenkontor Steinhöhe GmbH to commission Prof. Burmeier Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH with the approval management in the planning approval procedure for the construction and operation of the Haschenbrok landfill.
