Project details
Robert Bosch GmbH intended to convert the Sh 201 building complex at its Schillerhöhe site in Gerlingen from laboratory and research facilities to pure office use.
For the redesign of the building complex, in addition to the dismantling of the existing equipment, installations, pipelines, fixtures and furnishings, a large-scale pollutant clean-up with diverse pollutant correlations of harmful building materials was carried out. All work was carried out in coordination with the plant management and the ongoing neighbouring uses. During the remediation work, low-noise and low-vibration methods were used, especially in Building D, in coordination with the plant management, so as not to interfere with ongoing production laboratory operations (length measurement laboratory in Building D extension).
