A detailed report on the explosive ordnance situation was prepared by M&amp;P's specialist staff, including a basic investigation with detailed historical research into the development of the site, as well as a risk assessment for various future construction work. Furthermore, the report includes a preliminary planning of the necessary probing and clearance measures with cost estimation.
