The focal points of the redevelopment are the conversion of the Schulau harbour and the upgrading of the harbour surroundings with the help of a large number of individual measures. The following are some of the measures that have been and are being carried out to redesign the harbour areas in Wedel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the renewal of the harbour's overall appearance, including the widening of the harbour basin by around 30 m and the shortening of the harbour.<br>by around 60 m,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the creation of a harbour gate square through partial filling of the existing harbour basin,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction of sediment input and improvement of sill protection through the construction of a walkable transverse breakwater,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of the harbour environment by redesigning the adjacent open spaces, including the implementation of development measures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removal of soil and silt loads,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of harbour area for subsequent use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Client: City of Wedel<br>Total project duration: 2009 to ongoing<br>Total project costs: &gt; \u20ac 20 million<br>Area size: approx. 15 ha (redevelopment area \"Stadthafen Wedel\")<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIG's share of benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project management for the entire project (incl. cost and contract management, participation in approval procedures, technical advice to the client)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the acquisition of funding (incl. preparation of the funding application, cost breakdown, review of the funding application) and funding management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and updating of the time schedule incl. control of the capacity framework, control of specialist planners and execution services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the preparation of the award and contract structure, preparation of the award documents and participation in the award of engineering and execution services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the preparation of the award and contract structure for the overall project, preparation of the award documents and participation in the award of engineering and execution services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review of supplementary audits, preparation of and participation in acceptances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of a concept for explosive ordnance and safety coordination according to \u00a7 3 BaustellV in accordance with RAB 30 and TRGS 524 \/ DGUV-R 101-004<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examination of the building and plant substance incl. evaluation of the pollutant analysis and risk assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"author":120,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","project-category":[61],"company-group":[62],"class_list":["post-19907","projects","type-projects","status-publish","hentry","project-category-projektsteuerung-und-controlling","company-group-big-projekte"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
