Contaminated soil and groundwater from industrial production at the site require remediation. To this end, remediation work has been and is being carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remediation of soil and groundwater contamination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demolition of the existing building fabric with processing and disposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project development and urban land use planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expansion of the transport infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction of the supply and disposal facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deconstruction of the port area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Client: Entwicklungsgesellschaft Datteln S\u00fcd mbH (City of Datteln)<br>Total project duration: Total project duration: since 2013 until vsl. 2019<br>Total project costs: approx. \u20ac 20 million<br>Area size: approx. 15 ha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIG's share of benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services in accordance with the project management service profile as per AHO: Project stages 1 - 5 and action areas A - E<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advising the contracting parties in the acquisition phase with negotiation of the purchase price and a risk-related redemption payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of an urban development model with real estate location analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management including cost and contract management for the entire project, profitability analyses, financial planning, total cost recording<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment and updating of the time schedule incl. control of the capacity framework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advising the contracting parties in the sales phase with investors and assisting in the preparation of purchase agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of a remediation plan in accordance with \u00a7 13 BBodSchG, taking into account the more extensive requirements under planning law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of a decommissioning and dismantling concept in the event of the final decommissioning of the port facilities and coordination with the Waterways and Shipping Administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert monitoring of the remediation and deconstruction work incl. waste disposal management<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"author":120,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","project-category":[56],"company-group":[62],"class_list":["post-19905","projects","type-projects","status-publish","hentry","project-category-genehmigungs-und-vergabemanagement","company-group-big-projekte"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
