The growing complexity of the planning approval procedure and the large number of objections prompted Bodenkontor Steinh\u00f6he GmbH to commission Prof. Burmeier Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH with the approval management in the planning approval procedure for the construction and operation of the Haschenbrok landfill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total project duration: since 2012 (ongoing)<br>Total project costs: around \u20ac 18 million<br>Area size: approx. 11.05 ha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIG's share of benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strategic advice on the implementation of the planning approval procedure,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in the preparation of the approval documents and verifications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarification of the scope of investigation and requirement profile of expert opinions (including noise, dust, environmental compatibility, species protection, wind power, subsoil, hydrology),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stringent pursuit of procedural processes to streamline time,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiation and coordination of supplementary expert contributions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiation, preparation and organisation of official coordination meetings for the project progress in all phases,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination of specialist planning and expert services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of decision-making bases for the technical and approval authorities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimination of information deficits and procedural barriers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plausibility check and quality assurance of planning and expert reports,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolidation of all technical contributions into a consistent application document,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public relations and internal communication for more project transparency,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Systematic processing of the objections: Analysis, processing of the objections and addressing of the required contributions to expert planners and experts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciliation of objections and responses with regard to a uniform level of information and taking into account the claims of the persons concerned,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and attendance of the hearing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of supplementary regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"author":120,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","project-category":[56],"company-group":[62],"class_list":["post-19893","projects","type-projects","status-publish","hentry","project-category-genehmigungs-und-vergabemanagement","company-group-big-projekte"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
